A conference allows a group of people to participate in a phone call. When users leave or arrive they can be announced. A maximum number of participants can also be set.
Each user on the system is allocated an extension and can be called via this extension. Extensions can be located anywhere in Australia, thereby providing you with free calls between locations.
Park a caller and a voice prompt reads out what slot they are using (e.g. slot 701). Another person who needs to pick up the call dials 701 to answer the parked call.

You'll generally receive your first bill when your service is activated. It will contain any set up and other one-off charges such as modem charges, as well as a pro-rata charge till the end of the billing period.
Your second bill will contain a full month's charge for your services and will generally be received about the same time each month. You can read more about our billing.

The actual speed you will experience depends on a number of factors including your access type, demand on the network, local conditions such as internet traffic, your line condition, your hardware and software, the data source or destination and your location which can interfere with reception and speed.
2 Typical Evening Speed is the typically expected experience between 7 pm and 11 pm which is the busy time for Internet traffic. It is not a guaranteed minimum speed.
