SpinTel has proved themselves yet again, winning Canstar Blue’s Outstanding Value award for NBN, beating back-to-back winner TPG. SpinTel consistently provides well-priced internet plans with exceptional value and great customer service. Its NBN plans are frequently some of the least expensive across a range of speed tiers, placing it as a high-value provider for a range of different households and budgets. Canstar Blue compares the expected cost of a plan to its included features for each plan by offering an average monthly cost over 24 months, as well as a feature score for Customer Service and Support, Inclusions, and Billing and Payments. Canstar Blue calculates Value Rank by taking into account the plan characteristics that are most important to consumers. However, not every feature, nor every aspect that is relevant to you, is included in the Value Rank.
Canstar blue considers plan features that are most relative to a customer, monitoring plans over a 6 month period to determine the winner. SpinTel climbed the ranks since last year with competitive price scoring, while maintaining a strong feature offering.
This award is separate to Canstar Blue’s Customer satisfaction award as it recognises the performance of SpinTel’s NBN plans against other competitors in the market, over a sustained period of time.
